1. Design Consultation

Each project is unique and begins with your ideas about taste, comfort, and lifestyle. After you request a consultation, we will match you with an expert designer and schedule an initial conversation to deeply understand your lifestyle and vision. Through a process of discovery and collaboration, we will explore possibilities for transforming your space.

2. Conceptual Design

After defining the scope of your project, we will conceptualize the overall creative direction. To lay the foundation for the success of the project, we will develop a design brief and identify key elements. During this registration stage, we will present the design concept, color palette, and preliminary floor plans.

3. Design Development

Once we reach an agreement on the design concept with you, we will proceed to develop and refine it. Our rigorous approach includes reviewing all elements of your project from the perspective of our design spirit and hierarchy, creating spaces that reflect balance, symmetry, and proportion to achieve harmony.

4. Presentation

We are now ready to present our design proposal to you. This comprehensive presentation will include technical AutoCAD floor plans, elevations, product selections, and options for materials and finishes. Together, we will confirm the final design and subsequent steps.

5. Project Leadership

This is when your design vision becomes reality. After finalizing all details and logistics, our project manager will coordinate a white-glove delivery.

6. Installation

Our project manager will work with your architect and contractor to ensure that everything is installed according to the provided specifications.

 

SHIPPING

Housegent offers free shipping on all orders.Please make sure that the shipping address you fill in is accurate, changing your address will be a hassle.Total delivery time includes factory processing time as well as shipping time.

When your package is over 32'' or more (which it usually is), we will ship it by ocean freight and it may be dispatched by truck upon arrival at the port. Delivery times are listed below:

When your package is not more than 32'', we will use express shipping. The delivery time is as follows:

RETURN

After receiving the goods, if there is any quality problem, we provide 30 natural days free return and exchange service.

Please take photos or videos as evidence and contact customer service to deal with it.

Returns for personal reasons other than quality problems require payment of shipping costs to deliver the goods to the designated address provided by us.

We will give you a refund after deducting the production cost and the cost of shipping our first shipment to you. (the production cost is usually 25% of the order amount).

Yes, we replace parts damaged during shipping or due to manufacturing errors at no extra cost, provided you submit photographic and video evidence of the damage.

【What should I do if I encounter problems during installation?】

Ensure all parts are complete a week before installation. Our products are designed for straightforward installation by a standard electrician. For severe installation issues, contact our customer service. Avoid forceful handling unless absolutely necessary.

【Can I get a full refund due to quality issues?】

We offer full refunds for quality issues with photo evidence. Alternatively, we can send a replacement, or if you change your mind about the product, issue a full refund.

【How long will it take to receive my product?】

Delivery times vary by shipping method and product size: items under 40 inches typically take 9-14 days via courier, while larger items sent by sea freight take 20-40 days. Special products may have different schedules, coordinated by our customer service.

【How long does it take to get shipping information?】

After processing, it usually takes 1-3 days to receive logistics information once the product is handed to the shipping provider.

【Are bronze and black the same color?】

Bronze and black are different; confirm with customer service if you need pure black due to differing production processes.

【I have a high ceiling:can I customize the length of the rods or cords?】
