1. Design Consultation

Each project is unique and begins with your ideas about taste, comfort, and lifestyle. After you request a consultation, we will match you with an expert designer and schedule an initial conversation to deeply understand your lifestyle and vision. Through a process of discovery and collaboration, we will explore possibilities for transforming your space.

2. Conceptual Design

After defining the scope of your project, we will conceptualize the overall creative direction. To lay the foundation for the success of the project, we will develop a design brief and identify key elements. During this registration stage, we will present the design concept, color palette, and preliminary floor plans.

3. Design Development

Once we reach an agreement on the design concept with you, we will proceed to develop and refine it. Our rigorous approach includes reviewing all elements of your project from the perspective of our design spirit and hierarchy, creating spaces that reflect balance, symmetry, and proportion to achieve harmony.

4. Presentation

We are now ready to present our design proposal to you. This comprehensive presentation will include technical AutoCAD floor plans, elevations, product selections, and options for materials and finishes. Together, we will confirm the final design and subsequent steps.

5. Project Leadership

This is when your design vision becomes reality. After finalizing all details and logistics, our project manager will coordinate a white-glove delivery.

6. Installation

Our project manager will work with your architect and contractor to ensure that everything is installed according to the provided specifications.

 

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (10 to 15 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We can ship to nearly any address in the world. Please note that some restrictions may apply to certain products, which cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

1. Are your products the same as famous brands?

We utilize the same materials, colors, sizes, and production processes. We own our factory to produce and manufacture these furniture pieces and lamps.

2.Why are your prices so affordable?

We closed all our offline stores in 2020 to focus on online sales, significantly reducing our costs. Our products come directly from our own factories, allowing us to maintain reasonable prices while ensuring the highest quality standards.

3.Can I return the furniture and lamp if I don't like it after receiving it?

You can request a refund after receiving the product, but you will need to return it to our designated address at your own expense. We will initiate the refund process after confirming the product is problem-free, deducting our shipping costs and refunding the principal amount.

4.Do you replace parts damaged during shipping free of charge?

Yes, we provide free replacement parts for any defects due to shipping or manufacturing errors. However, you must provide photos and videos as proof of the defect.

5.What should I do if I encounter problems during installation?

We recommend checking that all parts of the furniture and lamp are complete one week before installation. Our products are designed for easy installation that an average electrician can handle. If you encounter insurmountable issues during installation, please contact our customer service for assistance. Note that violent operations are prohibited unless there is a viable solution.

6.Can I get a full refund due to quality issues?

We support full refunds for quality-related issues (photo evidence required). Additionally, we offer the following options:

  • We can send you a replacement product.
  • If you no longer like the product, we will issue a full refund.

7.How long will it take to receive my product?

We choose the shipping method based on the package size of the product. Packages under 40 inches are usually shipped via courier with a delivery time of 9-14 days. Packages over 40 inches are generally sent by sea freight, taking 23-29 days. For special products, our customer service will contact you to determine the timing.

8.How long does it take to get shipping information?

After processing, the product is handed over to the logistics provider. It generally takes 1-3 days to receive logistics information after the product has been transferred.

9.Are bronze and black the same color?

Bronze and black are distinct colors. If you need pure black, please confirm with our customer service as the production processes differ.

10.I have a high ceiling; can I customize the length of the rods or cords?

If your ceiling is very high, you need to confirm the length of the rods, cords, and chains with our customer service.
