Housegent collections are crafted by artisans from around the world and are expertly designed to withstand everyday use. However, as even the best-made furnishings and décor are not indestructible, normal wear and tear will reflect use and care.

| Metal components | Avoid prolonged exposure to corrosive liquids, which can cause oxidation and damage. Regularly clean metal surfaces with a mild, pH-neutral cleaner and dry thoroughly to maintain their appearance and integrity. Do not use abrasive materials that can scratch the metal finish. |
| Artisan-crafted furniture made from natural wood | Occasionally wipe lacquered wood surfaces with a soft, dry cloth and non-wax furniture polish to maintain optimal finish. Follow all cleaning product instructions carefully. Do not overapply. Immediately wipe up spills with a soft, dry, undyed cloth to prevent moisture damage (e.g., water rings). Avoid using abrasives, harsh, corrosive chemicals, or care products containing ammonia or silicone, as these may damage finishes and surfaces. Keep indoor furniture away from direct sunlight and sources of heat or moisture to prevent cracking or fading of finishes. Lift, don't drag, wood furniture when moving to avoid loosening joinery and damaging the piece. Ensure furniture is positioned on a level surface to prevent warping of the frame. Avoid leaning back in chairs and using chair stretchers or table pedestals as footrests. |

After receiving the goods, if there is any quality problem, we provide 30 natural days free return and exchange service.

Returns for personal reasons other than quality problems require payment of shipping costs to deliver the goods to the designated address provided by us.
We will give you a refund after deducting the production cost and the cost of shipping our first shipment to you. (the production cost is usually 25% of the order amount).

Our professionally trained delivery team will unpack, inspect, assemble, and place your furniture in the room of your choice as well as removing all packaging and debris. Inspired by 18th and 19th century campaign furnishings—originally designed for easy transport and assembly—our Tremont Collection’s sophisticated aesthetic is defined by rugged yet elegant details reminiscent of the original style. Craftsman-built using solid hardwood and veneers, this durable collection is beautifully hand-finished with soft stains—selected to enhance the natural texture and dramatic grain found within in each surface. Drawers and cabinets are adorned with brass hardware, which accentuates the warm wood finishes.
