Custom and special-order items are made specifically according to customer-selected specifications, including but not limited to size, material, color, finish, fabric, leather, or design drawings.

Cancellations Due to Customer’s Personal Reasons
If an order is canceled due to customer-related reasons (including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect selection of size, color, material, finish, design preference, weight, or suitability), the following policies apply:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2–3 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may require additional time to post the refund.
If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact your bank or payment provider before reaching out to us.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@housegent.com within 3 days of delivery and include photos and/or videos clearly showing the issue. Our customer service team will review your request and provide a solution, including replacement, repair, or refund if applicable.
