Thank you for shopping with Housegent. We are committed to providing high-quality furniture and a transparent return and refund experience. Please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange by contacting us at support@housegent.com within 30 days of receiving your item.

  • Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • Please use a shipping method with tracking information (signature confirmation is recommended).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, or accidents.
  • Custom-made or special-order furniture.
  • Orders returned without authorization.

Custom & Special-Order Furniture

Custom and special-order items are made specifically according to customer-selected specifications, including but not limited to size, material, color, finish, fabric, leather, or design drawings.

  • Once an order is confirmed and production begins, custom and special-order items are not eligible for full refunds.
  • If canceled before shipment, a 25%–50% construction and material loss fee may apply depending on production stage.
  • These fees cover production setup, labor, and non-reusable materials.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation Timeframe

  • Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • After 48 hours, cancellation requests are subject to applicable fees.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

Cancellations Due to Customer’s Personal Reasons

If an order is canceled due to customer-related reasons (including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect selection of size, color, material, finish, design preference, weight, or suitability), the following policies apply:

  • Standard (Non-Custom) Orders: Cancellations made after 48 hours will incur a 25% restocking and processing fee.
  • Custom or Special-Order Furniture: Cancellations may incur a 25%–50% construction and material loss fee depending on production status.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, manufacturing defect, or quality issue), we will provide a full refund.
  • If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind, incorrect address, size, design, or finish not suitable):
    • Customers are responsible for original outbound shipping costs.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • Items must be returned in resalable condition.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2–3 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may require additional time to post the refund.

If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact your bank or payment provider before reaching out to us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@housegent.com within 3 days of delivery and include photos and/or videos clearly showing the issue. Our customer service team will review your request and provide a solution, including replacement, repair, or refund if applicable.
