Our professionally trained delivery team will unpack, inspect, assemble, and place your furniture in the room of your choice, as well as remove all packaging and debris. This service includes furniture, larger décor, uniquely shaped items, and items too fragile to ship through Small Parcel Delivery.
What to Expect with White Glove Delivery Service
Preparing for Delivery
- You are responsible for ensuring furnishings fit in desired rooms, as well as through doorways, stairways, elevators, and hallways. Please see our Measuring for Furniture Delivery Guide. These are guidelines and do not guarantee your furniture will fit.
- Please verify that the room of your choice is suitable and cleared of existing furniture, as our delivery team cannot move or dispose of existing items.
- If you live in a high rise or condominium requiring a Certificate of Insurance, please contact us after placing your order.
Scheduling Delivery

In Stock: We will contact you within 5 business days after the product arrives at our U.S. warehouse (nationwide delivery time: 15–20 business days) to arrange a delivery appointment.

Deferred Delivery: Delivery will occur once all items become available and ready to ship. We will contact you once your items arrive at our warehouse.
- We can only hold merchandise in our warehouse for 60 days. After that period, full payment is required and delivery must be scheduled.
Delivery Day
- An adult 18 years or older must be present to accept and inspect delivery.
- Furniture will be unpacked, assembled, and packing materials removed (excludes lighting, mirrors, wall art, heat lamps, and fountains).
- Items such as lighting, mirrors, and wall art will not be installed. Our team cannot install electrical equipment or wall-mounted items.

Fees shown below are for reference purposes only. Final pricing will be confirmed based on delivery address, order details, and logistics quotation. For oversized items exceeding 2.2 meters, customers must have unloading capability at the delivery location. Additional handling fees may apply if assistance is required.
