Housegent collections are crafted by artisans from around the world and are expertly designed to withstand everyday use. However, as even the best-made furnishings and décor are not indestructible, normal wear and tear will reflect use and care.

| Artisan-crafted furniture made from natural wood | Occasionally wipe lacquered wood surfaces with a soft, dry cloth and non-wax furniture polish to maintain optimal finish. Follow all cleaning product instructions carefully. Do not overapply. Immediately wipe up spills with a soft, dry, undyed cloth to prevent moisture damage (e.g., water rings). Avoid using abrasives, harsh, corrosive chemicals, or care products containing ammonia or silicone, as these may damage finishes and surfaces. Keep indoor furniture away from direct sunlight and sources of heat or moisture to prevent cracking or fading of finishes. Lift, don't drag, wood furniture when moving to avoid loosening joinery and damaging the piece. Ensure furniture is positioned on a level surface to prevent warping of the frame. Avoid leaning back in chairs and using chair stretchers or table pedestals as footrests. |

Returns for personal reasons other than quality problems require payment of shipping costs to deliver the goods to the designated address provided by us.
We will give you a refund after deducting the production cost and the cost of shipping our first shipment to you. (the production cost is usually 25% of the order amount).

Crafted from deeply grained Mexican oak sourced from both reclaimed and sustainably harvested trees, each piece is hand-lacquered by our artisan partners to highlight its organic imperfections. ● Due to the unique characteristics of oxidized steel, it naturally takes about 20-22 days to achieve a multi-layered oxidized texture effect.
● Steel panels weather outdoors, developing genuine antique patinas and unique features like dimples and speckles.
● Hand-applied finishes are coated with polyurethane for added protection. This collection is handcrafted from natural materials with manual finishes, making the color, pattern, shape, and texture of each component truly one-of-a-kind.
