Housegent collections are crafted by artisans from around the world and are expertly designed to withstand everyday use. However, as even the best-made furnishings and décor are not indestructible, normal wear and tear will reflect use and care.

| Artisan-crafted furniture made from natural wood | Occasionally wipe lacquered wood surfaces with a soft, dry cloth and non-wax furniture polish to maintain optimal finish. Follow all cleaning product instructions carefully. Do not overapply. Immediately wipe up spills with a soft, dry, undyed cloth to prevent moisture damage (e.g., water rings). Avoid using abrasives, harsh, corrosive chemicals, or care products containing ammonia or silicone, as these may damage finishes and surfaces. Keep indoor furniture away from direct sunlight and sources of heat or moisture to prevent cracking or fading of finishes. Lift, don't drag, wood furniture when moving to avoid loosening joinery and damaging the piece. Ensure furniture is positioned on a level surface to prevent warping of the frame. Avoid leaning back in chairs and using chair stretchers or table pedestals as footrests. |

After receiving the goods, if there is any quality problem, we provide 30 natural days free return and exchange service.

Returns for personal reasons other than quality problems require payment of shipping costs to deliver the goods to the designated address provided by us.
We will give you a refund after deducting the production cost and the cost of shipping our first shipment to you. (the production cost is usually 25% of the order amount).

● Pieces finished in Spalted Oak are naturally sun-bleached.
● Pieces finished in Spalted Oak and Ebony are sealed and lacquered with clear acrylic for added protection and a subtle sheen. In these finishes. any gaps in the reclaimed wood are filled with epoxy resin and sanded. resulting in a smooth. consistent surface.
● Pieces finished in Fawn feature a light stain to enhance the natural color variations and organic details. including cracks and gaps. that may appear in the reclaimed wood.
