Housegent collections are crafted by artisans from around the world and are expertly designed to withstand everyday use. However, as even the best-made furnishings and décor are not indestructible, normal wear and tear will reflect use and care.

| Artisan-crafted furniture made from natural wood | Occasionally wipe lacquered wood surfaces with a soft, dry cloth and non-wax furniture polish to maintain optimal finish. Follow all cleaning product instructions carefully. Do not overapply. Immediately wipe up spills with a soft, dry, undyed cloth to prevent moisture damage (e.g., water rings). Avoid using abrasives, harsh, corrosive chemicals, or care products containing ammonia or silicone, as these may damage finishes and surfaces. Keep indoor furniture away from direct sunlight and sources of heat or moisture to prevent cracking or fading of finishes. Lift, don't drag, wood furniture when moving to avoid loosening joinery and damaging the piece. Ensure furniture is positioned on a level surface to prevent warping of the frame. Avoid leaning back in chairs and using chair stretchers or table pedestals as footrests. |

After receiving the goods, if there is any quality problem, we provide 30 natural days free return and exchange service.

Returns for personal reasons other than quality problems require payment of shipping costs to deliver the goods to the designated address provided by us.
We will give you a refund after deducting the production cost and the cost of shipping our first shipment to you. (the production cost is usually 25% of the order amount).

The Jacob Dining Collection showcases exquisite craftsmanship and modern style, bringing natural solid wood into contemporary dining spaces. The tabletops are crafted from solid wood with meticulously hand-applied veneers of ash and oak, carefully constructed by Vietnamese artisans. Each tabletop is finished by hand with paints, stains, and varnishes to create a high gloss that accentuates the natural beauty of the wood. The Vertex table bases are made of iron, finished in a subtle matte black that perfectly complements the rich tones of the wood.
