Housegent collections are crafted by artisans from around the world and are expertly designed to withstand everyday use. However, as even the best-made furnishings and décor are not indestructible, normal wear and tear will reflect use and care.

| Artisan-crafted furniture made from natural wood | Occasionally wipe lacquered wood surfaces with a soft, dry cloth and non-wax furniture polish to maintain optimal finish. Follow all cleaning product instructions carefully. Do not overapply. Immediately wipe up spills with a soft, dry, undyed cloth to prevent moisture damage (e.g., water rings). Avoid using abrasives, harsh, corrosive chemicals, or care products containing ammonia or silicone, as these may damage finishes and surfaces. Keep indoor furniture away from direct sunlight and sources of heat or moisture to prevent cracking or fading of finishes. Lift, don't drag, wood furniture when moving to avoid loosening joinery and damaging the piece. Ensure furniture is positioned on a level surface to prevent warping of the frame. Avoid leaning back in chairs and using chair stretchers or table pedestals as footrests. |

Returns for personal reasons other than quality problems require payment of shipping costs to deliver the goods to the designated address provided by us.

What to expect with White Glove Delivery Service
Our professionally trained delivery team will unpack, inspect, assemble, and place your furniture in the room of your choice as well as removing all packaging and debris. Like a work of fine art, our master artisans utilize centuries-old techniques passed down through generations to craft every detail of our exclusive Bell’Arte collection by hand. Made one at a time, specifically for you, in a region of Italy renowned for its furniture-making, these exquisite dining pieces are built from solid wood. Each hand-distressed surface is artfully finished, combining layers of stain, paint, and lacquer with careful brushstrokes—a process which takes over three days to complete per piece. Our Florence Dining Tables are built from solid poplar wood and feature floral-detailed tabletops inspired by the flowers of Florence.

● After the finishing process. which takes three days to complete. our artisans sign and date their work with the inscription “Hand-painted in Italy” written in Italian.
