Delivery Receiving Guidelines

To help ensure a smooth delivery experience for large furniture items, please review the following information carefully before shipment and delivery.

Our furniture is produced overseas and delivered through professional freight carriers. Due to the size and handling requirements of furniture products, certain logistics conditions and responsibilities may apply.

1. Delivery Services and White Glove Service

Some orders may involve different logistics providers, such as freight carriers and White Glove delivery teams. Because these services may be provided by separate companies, service procedures may vary slightly.

To help us arrange the most appropriate delivery service, please confirm the following information with our customer support team in advance:

  • Whether the delivery address is a detached house or an apartment
  • Whether White Glove delivery service is required
  • Whether the delivery location has elevator access or other special delivery conditions

Confirming these details early helps us coordinate the appropriate delivery team and avoid delays.

2. Additional Delivery Services

If additional services are requested after shipment has been arranged, such as:

  • White Glove delivery
  • Assisted unloading
  • Special handling equipment

If the originally scheduled carrier does not provide these services, a different carrier may need to be arranged. This may result in additional costs or delivery delays, and the related costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

3. Production and Shipping Timeline

Before shipment, our team will send finished product photos for customer confirmation.

Once the photos are confirmed, we will arrange the shipment.

Estimated delivery time after shipment:

  • Central and East Coast US: approximately 45 to 55 days
  • West Coast US: approximately 35 days

Please note that customs inspections, port congestion, or carrier scheduling may occasionally cause delays.

4. Delivery Scheduling and Travel Plans

Freight carriers typically contact customers in advance to schedule a delivery appointment.

If you have upcoming travel plans, please ensure that someone will be available to receive and sign for the shipment.

If delivery cannot be arranged and the shipment must be stored at the carrier's warehouse, storage fees may apply.

Typical storage fees charged by carriers:

$80 USD per day

These fees are determined by the logistics provider and may be the responsibility of the customer.

5. Customer Contact Information

After shipment is arranged, the carrier may attempt to contact the customer to schedule delivery.

If the carrier cannot reach the customer, or delivery cannot be arranged due to unavailable contact information, additional delivery attempts or storage may be required. Any additional costs incurred by the carrier under these circumstances may be the responsibility of the customer.

6. Receiving and Inspecting Your Shipment

When your shipment arrives, please inspect the outer packaging carefully before signing for delivery.

If you notice any damage to the packaging:

  • Clearly note the damage on the delivery receipt
  • Record a video during the unpacking process
  • Contact our support team within 3 days of delivery

This documentation helps us assist you with submitting claims to the carrier. If damage or missing items are not noted on the delivery receipt or reported after the claim period, the carrier may decline the claim.
