| Artisan-crafted furniture made from natural wood | Occasionally wipe lacquered wood surfaces with a soft, dry cloth and non-wax furniture polish to maintain optimal finish. Follow all cleaning product instructions carefully. Do not overapply. Immediately wipe up spills with a soft, dry, undyed cloth to prevent moisture damage (e.g., water rings). Avoid using abrasives, harsh, corrosive chemicals, or care products containing ammonia or silicone, as these may damage finishes and surfaces. Returns for personal reasons other than quality problems require payment of shipping costs to deliver the goods to the designated address provided by us.
We will give you a refund after deducting the production cost and the cost of shipping our first shipment to you. (the production cost is usually 25% of the order amount).

What to expect with White Glove Delivery Service
Our professionally trained delivery team will unpack, inspect, assemble, and place your furniture in the room of your choice as well as removing all packaging and debris. ● Protection and aging: The surface is coated with a thin layer of wax to protect the finish and age it gracefully, forming a deeper shine. Areas that are frequently touched (such as adjusting rods) will darken faster, and gloves are recommended.
