Housegent collections are crafted by artisans from around the world and are expertly designed to withstand everyday use. However, as even the best-made furnishings and décor are not indestructible, normal wear and tear will reflect use and care.

| Artisan-crafted furniture made from natural wood | Occasionally wipe lacquered wood surfaces with a soft, dry cloth and non-wax furniture polish to maintain optimal finish. Follow all cleaning product instructions carefully. Do not overapply. Immediately wipe up spills with a soft, dry, undyed cloth to prevent moisture damage (e.g., water rings). Avoid using abrasives, harsh, corrosive chemicals, or care products containing ammonia or silicone, as these may damage finishes and surfaces. Keep indoor furniture away from direct sunlight and sources of heat or moisture to prevent cracking or fading of finishes. Lift, don't drag, wood furniture when moving to avoid loosening joinery and damaging the piece. Ensure furniture is positioned on a level surface to prevent warping of the frame. Avoid leaning back in chairs and using chair stretchers or table pedestals as footrests. |

After receiving the goods, if there is any quality problem, we provide 30 natural days free return and exchange service.
Please take photos or videos as evidence and contact customer service to deal with it.
Returns for personal reasons other than quality problems require payment of shipping costs to deliver the goods to the designated address provided by us.
We will give you a refund after deducting the production cost and the cost of shipping our first shipment to you. (the production cost is usually 25% of the order amount).

What to expect with White Glove Delivery Service
Our professionally trained delivery team will unpack, inspect, assemble, and place your furniture in the room of your choice as well as removing all packaging and debris. Painstakingly sculpted by seasoned artisans, the elongated alabaster shade is suspended from cascading brass chains—some taut and linear, others gently draped—embodying a timeless aesthetic.
Like marble, our alabaster is formed over millions of years in the rolling hills of northern Italy. Its distinctive veining is a gift of nature, revealed only through meticulous hand-carving techniques that date back to 1895.
Celebrated Renaissance sculptors such as Michelangelo once chose alabaster for its uniquely translucent quality—a material that, when illuminated, emits a soft, ambient glow. The stone’s ethereal depth and quiet strength infuse the surrounding space with a sense of serene elegance.
Well made things last. We like to give our artisans the time they need to make things perfect so it arrives to you perfect every time. This product is meticulously handmade one piece at a time with an honesty to the irregularity of the chosen material. It is therefore quite difficult, if not impossible to make identical items. Any natural blemishes or irregularities should not be misconstrued as flaws.
