Housegent collections are crafted by artisans from around the world and are expertly designed to withstand everyday use. However, as even the best-made furnishings and décor are not indestructible, normal wear and tear will reflect use and care.

| Artisan-crafted furniture made from natural wood | Occasionally wipe lacquered wood surfaces with a soft, dry cloth and non-wax furniture polish to maintain optimal finish. Follow all cleaning product instructions carefully. Do not overapply. Immediately wipe up spills with a soft, dry, undyed cloth to prevent moisture damage (e.g., water rings). Avoid using abrasives, harsh, corrosive chemicals, or care products containing ammonia or silicone, as these may damage finishes and surfaces. Keep indoor furniture away from direct sunlight and sources of heat or moisture to prevent cracking or fading of finishes. Lift, don't drag, wood furniture when moving to avoid loosening joinery and damaging the piece. Ensure furniture is positioned on a level surface to prevent warping of the frame. What to expect with White Glove Delivery Service
Our professionally trained delivery team will unpack, inspect, assemble, and place your furniture in the room of your choice as well as removing all packaging and debris. This service includes furniture, larger décor, uniquely shaped items, and items that are too fragile to ship through Small Parcel Delivery. Please see our White Glove Details for more details

Installation requirements: Chandeliers weighing more than 50 pounds cannot be mounted separately to a standard socket box and require additional support above the ceiling.
Professional assembly and installation by a licensed electrician is required, and assembly or installation is not included in delivery service.
Environmental Certification: Certified by the dry UL electrical standard, suitable for use in indoor dry environments to avoid direct exposure to excessive moisture and water.

Wipe with a soft dry cloth and avoid using cleaners and abrasives to avoid damaging the surface.
