Housegent collections are crafted by artisans from around the world and are expertly designed to withstand everyday use. However, as even the best-made furnishings and décor are not indestructible, normal wear and tear will reflect use and care.

| Artisan-crafted furniture made from natural wood | Occasionally wipe lacquered wood surfaces with a soft, dry cloth and non-wax furniture polish to maintain optimal finish. Follow all cleaning product instructions carefully. Do not overapply. Immediately wipe up spills with a soft, dry, undyed cloth to prevent moisture damage (e.g., water rings). Avoid using abrasives, harsh, corrosive chemicals, or care products containing ammonia or silicone, as these may damage finishes and surfaces. Keep indoor furniture away from direct sunlight and sources of heat or moisture to prevent cracking or fading of finishes. Lift, don't drag, wood furniture when moving to avoid loosening joinery and damaging the piece. Ensure furniture is positioned on a level surface to prevent warping of the frame. Returns for personal reasons other than quality problems require payment of shipping costs to deliver the goods to the designated address provided by us.
We will give you a refund after deducting the production cost and the cost of shipping our first shipment to you. (the production cost is usually 25% of the order amount).

What to expect with White Glove Delivery Service
Our professionally trained delivery team will unpack, inspect, assemble, and place your furniture in the room of your choice as well as removing all packaging and debris. This service includes furniture, larger décor, uniquely shaped items, and items that are too fragile to ship through Small Parcel Delivery. Please see our White Glove Details for more details

● Installation and Adaptation
Installation method:
The wire length is adjustable and is set during installation by a professional.
Cannot be installed on vaulted ceilings.
Hard-wired installation requires installation by a licensed electrician. Delivery service does not include installation.
Pendant lights weighing more than 50 pounds cannot be installed alone on standard socket boxes and require additional support above the ceiling where they are installed.
● Maintenance and Cleaning
Cleaning method:
Wipe with a soft dry cloth; avoid all cleaning agents and abrasives as they will damage the surface.
● Material and Craftsmanship
Material:
Made of solid brass, sturdy and durable.
Lamp Body Design:
14 lights are suspended on a slender black rope.
Surface Treatment:
Polished nickel surface is nickel-plated for a bright and shiny finish.
Polished brass surface is painted to maintain its original color.
The bronze finish is an active solid brass finish that will naturally darken and develop a patina over time. It is recommended to apply a thin layer of wax to protect the finish so that it will gracefully develop a deeper patina over time. The finish will darken faster in areas that touch the lamp; it is recommended to wear gloves when operating.
