Housegent collections are crafted by artisans from around the world and are expertly designed to withstand everyday use. However, as even the best-made furnishings and décor are not indestructible, normal wear and tear will reflect use and care.

| Artisan-crafted furniture made from natural wood | Occasionally wipe lacquered wood surfaces with a soft, dry cloth and non-wax furniture polish to maintain optimal finish. Follow all cleaning product instructions carefully. Do not overapply. Immediately wipe up spills with a soft, dry, undyed cloth to prevent moisture damage (e.g., water rings). Avoid using abrasives, harsh, corrosive chemicals, or care products containing ammonia or silicone, as these may damage finishes and surfaces. Returns for personal reasons other than quality problems require payment of shipping costs to deliver the goods to the designated address provided by us.
We will give you a refund after deducting the production cost and the cost of shipping our first shipment to you. (the production cost is usually 25% of the order amount).

What to expect with White Glove Delivery Service
Our professionally trained delivery team will unpack, inspect, assemble, and place your furniture in the room of your choice as well as removing all packaging and debris. ● Darning treatment: In areas where fixtures are handled, brass will darken faster, and gloves are recommended to avoid direct contact.
● Clean: Wipe with a soft dry cloth, avoid using cleaners and abrasives, so as not to damage the surface.

Bulbs: Support GY8 double pin base bulbs rated from 5 to 12 up to 20W, including bulbs. If you need brighter light, consider using LED bulbs with higher lumen output.
Dimming compatibility: Compatible dimming switch, users can adjust the light brightness according to needs.
Installation: The adjustable rod consists of segments and the length can be customized. Suitable for installation on vaulted ceilings (except bilinear 60").

● K9 glass: Transparent K9 glass is used to make optical lenses and prisms, with hexagonal and pentagonal facets on the surface to capture light and create unique light and shadow effects.
● Brass and bronze finishes: Solid brass with a polished finish that will naturally produce patina and darken over time, creating a unique aging effect.
