Housegent collections are crafted by artisans from around the world and are expertly designed to withstand everyday use. However, as even the best-made furnishings and décor are not indestructible, normal wear and tear will reflect use and care.

| Artisan-crafted furniture made from natural wood | Occasionally wipe lacquered wood surfaces with a soft, dry cloth and non-wax furniture polish to maintain optimal finish. Follow all cleaning product instructions carefully. Do not overapply. Immediately wipe up spills with a soft, dry, undyed cloth to prevent moisture damage (e.g., water rings). Avoid using abrasives, harsh, corrosive chemicals, or care products containing ammonia or silicone, as these may damage finishes and surfaces. Keep indoor furniture away from direct sunlight and sources of heat or moisture to prevent cracking or fading of finishes. Lift, don't drag, wood furniture when moving to avoid loosening joinery and damaging the piece. Ensure furniture is positioned on a level surface to prevent warping of the frame. After receiving the goods, if there is any quality problem, we provide 30 natural days free return and exchange service.

Returns for personal reasons other than quality problems require payment of shipping costs to deliver the goods to the designated address provided by us.
We will give you a refund after deducting the production cost and the cost of shipping our first shipment to you. (the production cost is usually 25% of the order amount).

What to expect with White Glove Delivery Service
Our professionally trained delivery team will unpack, inspect, assemble, and place your furniture in the room of your choice as well as removing all packaging and debris. Bulbs and Compatibility
The lamp tube is included and can be used directly.
If you prefer brighter light, you can consider choosing LED bulbs with higher lumen output.

Mounting Position: Can be installed on vaulted ceilings.
Accessories: Rod is included, and optional extension rod (sold separately) can increase the length of the lamp.
Voltage Standard: 110-120V, manufactured according to US standards, suitable for US and Canadian markets. Electrical certification: Certified to dry UL electrical standards, suitable for use in dry indoor locations, avoid direct exposure to excessive moisture and water.
